1. Acceptance of Purchase Terms
By placing an order on jeevsach.com (operated by Jeevsach Healthcare), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Purchase. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from purchasing products through our platform.
2. Prescription Verification & Schedule H Medicines
Customers can upload their prescription during checkout or send it via WhatsApp/Email. Jeevsach reserves the right to cancel any prescription order if a valid medical prescription is not provided upon request.
3. Pricing, Payments & Taxes
All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to modify product prices without prior notice. Payment can be securely made via online gateways (Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking) or through Cash on Delivery (COD) where available.
4. Shipping & Delivery Guidelines
- We offer doorstep delivery across India through trusted courier partners.
- Free shipping is applicable on all prepaid orders as per ongoing promotional terms.
- Estimated delivery times range between 3 to 7 business days depending on the delivery PIN code.
- Jeevsach is not liable for delivery delays caused by natural calamities, courier disruptions, or incorrect address details provided by the customer.
5. Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy
Order Cancellation: You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched from our warehouse by contacting our support team.
Returns & Replacements: Due to strict pharmaceutical safety laws, medicines, injectables, and opened cosmetics/skincare products cannot be returned once delivered. Returns or replacements are only accepted if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, provided you notify our support team within 48 hours of delivery along with unboxing proof.
